The Palamà winery has been based in Cutrofiano, Salento, since 1936. For three generations, the world of wine has been inextricably linked to the Palamà family and its history, full of
sacrifice, hard and honest work, but also great satisfaction. The wines are obtained only from native Salento vines cultivated
with espalier and gobelet training: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Black Malvasia, White Malvasia and Verdeca, vinified in purity or in blends. The Palamà personally takes care of all the production
processes, from the vineyard to the bottle.
