The Pouilly-Fuisse has a colour of pale yellow, with gold reflections to it. To the nose you get white fruits and spices with a small tint of vanilla on oak. The taste of this wine is mineral, with a nice balance between freshness and roundness, with long lasting nice finish.
This wine works particularly well with fish dishes, especially fresh water seafood and white meats with cream sauces.
For best results serve between 12 and 13 degrees.
