To the nose this Chambolle-Musigny offers out aromas of wild black woodland fruit with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry. This wine is both floral and fruity which allows it to have great balance, persistence and refreshing finish with hints of tobacco and menthol.
This wine is truly great when paired with finely cooked red meats and delicate cheeses. A few great dishes to have with this wine are venison, pike in wine sauce, game with cranberries but also equally with a matured Reblochon cheese.
